I’m Joel Senior-Watson. I run Poulton PC’s from my workshop at home in Poulton-le-Fylde - not a shop floor, not a call centre. Builds, repairs and upgrades happen on the bench here, then they go out the door tested.

If you’re stuck between repairing what you’ve got, upgrading it, or starting again, ask before you spend. One of the main things this business exists for is affordable, reliable tech — a machine that does the job without the fluff or the inflated price. Tell me what it’s doing and what you need it for. I’ll give you the honest version, even if that means “don’t pay for this repair.” Parts don’t get ordered until you’ve paid. The labour I put in is covered for 12 months.

If a brand-new system is more than you need, ask about a refurbished one. I take in unused machines, test them properly, and put them back out at a price that actually makes sense.
